This Privacy Policy applies to the seller website that participates in the Moonshadow Network and the website located at www.cheaperbookstore.com (collectively, the Site(s)) provided by Moonshadow Technologies Corporation (we, us or Moonshadow). This Privacy Policy describes the types of personally identifiable and non-personal information we collect when you use the Site(s), how we use such information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By using the Site(s), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site(s).

If any modification is unacceptable to you after you have received notice of the change, you must cease using the Site(s). If you do not cease using the Site(s), you will be conclusively deemed to have accepted the change.
Information Collection and Use
In order to sell any items on the Site(s) as a seller you must provide us with personally identifiable information such as your name, username, contact information such as your address, email address, zip code, and financial account information. Our computer systems are currently based in the United States, so your personal data will be processed by us in the United States where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union.
